What Lee Health Did

The initial training for providers at Lee Health was redesigned to be accessible and tailored to providers’ needs, with a single point of contact for providers and a focus on follow-up. Lee Health believes in educating everyone to their fullest potential and providing the necessary tools and support. The organization relies on a well-organized training team, strong follow-up, Signal data, and clear communication for training success. They follow up with another 4-hour training after 30 days and a 1-hour training after 60 days to address questions and further optimize workflows.
