Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, KLAS has seen potential-replacement rates for Canada PACS solutions increase to a historic high, where more than one-third of interviewed organizations are actively looking to replace their PACS. This report examines vendors’ performance and the customer experience in Canada to help organizations understand the strengths and weaknesses of available options in the market.
